When you use great tools, workflow becomes easier, and you can focus more on what you love doing.

Kapwing.com – Photo and video editing platform.
Think of Kapwing as Canva for video. It’s super easy to resize your video (for example, resizing horizontal video for Instagram story). You can also add captions, and other design elements.
Later.com – Social media scheduler.
This is an awesome platform that you can use to plan out and schedule your social media posts. They even have a preview function where you can see your Instagram grid before it goes live. Plus – these guys have a ton of great resources on their blog for keeping up with the latest social media best practices.
ActiveCampaign – Email marketing platform.
When I build out lead magnets, I set up an ActiveCampaign automation that allows me to auto-send an email to anyone that signs up for the freebie. I also have used this platform to build out an email opt-in form that I use on my website. Because of these tools – people are constantly coming in to my network every day – without any maintenance on my part!
Facebook and Instagram ads – Paid advertising platform.
These ads allow you to work smarter, not harder. When it comes to social media marketing, you either need to put it in time or dollars to reach people at scale. It’s not a “set it and forget it” method, but these ads allow you to reach your target audience in a fast, automated way. Leveraging these ads frees up time for me to focus on other parts of my biz.
